Rollx Vans operates an internal AI assistant built on the OpenAI platform. This tool is used exclusively by authorized Rollx Vans staff for purposes including:

- Generating SEO recommendations and content strategy guidance
- Supporting sales team communications and customer follow-up workflows
- Analyzing internal business data to improve operations
7.2 Customer Data and AI Tools

- Rollx Vans staff are trained not to submit personally identifiable customer information (PII) — including names, contact details, financial data, or disability information — into any AI platform

Our internal AI assistant operates within the OpenAI platform environment. Rollx Vans does not control OpenAI’s data practices and is not responsible for OpenAI’s independent processing of information.

8. Text Message (SMS) Communications

- We do not require disclosure of disability or health information to purchase a vehicle or receive services
- We do not sell, share, or use disability-related information for purposes beyond facilitating your vehicle selection and purchase
- Staff handling disability-related information are trained to treat it with respect and confidentiality
- We do not disclose your disability or health status to advertising platforms, social media companies, or other third parties
If you are a veteran using VA benefits for vehicle purchase assistance, VA-specific information you provide is used only to support your benefits application process and is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
