Looking Back and Forward: Rollx Vans Events

It’s likely that you may have heard us mention a time or two already that Rollx Vans is dedicated to making not only our community a better place, but people’s lives better too. As part of this commitment, Rollx Vans is actively involved in various events throughout the year that have the common goal of improving people’s lives.

Looking Back

In 2013, we were fortunate enough to take part in many national and local events. A few big ones for us were the National Veteran Wheelchair Games, the MDA Muscle Walk, and the Twin Cities MDA Muscle Team Gala.

The MDA Muscle Walk took place on March 9, and had a great turnout with more than 1,000 people walking around the Mall of America in support of the MDA. Similarly, we experienced the MDA Muscle Team Gala to fight SMA in October. That event raised more than $150,000 for kids with SMA.

We spent time in Tampa, Florida during the National Veteran Wheelchair Games in July. It was great to catch up with so many of our customers and see the Veterans play softball. They had an incredible competition, with two people even flipping out of their chairs and bouncing right back up!

Additionally, we were able to watch kids compete for the coveted Stan Can hockey trophy at Camp Courage, and have enjoyed being able to support their many sporting events with our vehicles. We were also happy to support and participate in PVA Trap Shoots throughout the country and various MS Society walks, as well.

Looking Forward

We are already looking forward to attending and supporting many events in 2014. Look for us at the National Veteran Wheelchair Games, the Twin Cities MDA Muscle Team Gala, at Camp Courage events, and during various MS Walks and PVA Trap Shoots throughout the country.

In fact, our first big event is happening this coming weekend at the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

We look forward to seeing everyone at these events throughout the coming year and sharing our van conversions with you!
